I agree the eyes are insane. at least the eyes should be printed. not only should the eyes have been printed, but I feel like they could have included extra windshield pieces so you could change his expression.
LMAO at the REAL reason the eyes are a sticker:

especially on a dark-ish color like red.
they always cheap-out on the ink mix, and it looks faded or translucent where you see the color underneath. they must have tried in the development stage, realized it looked terrible, and WTF let's just make it a sticker.
