I mean its not like jakks took the license away from figuarts or figma from making a starfox figure. but with lower qulity figures like jakks they are able to pump out more figures of different characters on a faster basis than Figma could ever do.
In development budget and time go a very long way which is why comparing jakks to figma is plain stupid.
