The most expensive parts might be getting 1/12 scale chairs and a desk, but even that shouldn't be more than $20.
Making Murray might be trickier since you'd have to repaint a Joker suit body and buy another head, but really who even needs a seven inch DeNiro figure?
For like $30 max you could have Joker and just not bother with a space hog talk show set taking up an entire shelf.
