I watched the first KR series mostly to justify buying that figure because I've always heard that KR figures are the best among SHF.
I kind of enjoyed watching it, mostly in the "this is so incredibly old and cheesy" way, but at some moments it was generally cool. Seeing a kickass backflip or some kind of cool karate move in a fight would make me purely smile, though those moments weren't often. I've tried watching the first 10 episodes of like 5 more Showa and 5 Hesei Rider series each, but I could never find even the briefest of moments of enjoyment from them like I could the original.
