>>8365481The promo pics do show the shiny colors. I just didn't notice that until I had it in-hand. They may not be an exact match for the shiny Ditto colors but it's close and I think it was definitely their intention.
The stamp on the bottom of the figure says S4 so they're not counting it as a repack of the series 2 figure since it would have an S2 stamp if they were. For instance, the Pikachu from this Multi Pack has the S1 stamp since that was first released in the first series.
