Every now and then you can find J-Dolls at Tuesday Morning (a store in Burgerland) but I'm not sure if you prefer soft vinyl with decal eyes. J-Dolls are ABS and have acrylic eyes. The anime eyed Obitsu dolls are cute in person but don't photograph very well.
Keep an eye out on Mandarake. It's not a site that needs a middleman and all of the used stuff I have bought have been in fantastic shape.
