None to my knowledge. For even a 1/12th-sized figure that would be kinda difficult. Theoretically it's possible if you used a 4mm joint like the newer figmas' wrists use or the Revoltech 4mm. Not sure if Hobby Base makes any that size, though. You'd basically just have a 'flip-dial' dick in that sense. The only other option for articulation at that size is a silicone scaled dick with bendy-wire inside.
On a similar note: I'm surprised no one's modded a Revo Queen's Blade Cattleya or Melona into Phaia from Spunky Knight yet...
