>>7589169>>7589160I am pretty sure this is either the "We're doing banner hulk but we can't tell the designers more" Hulk or the "We want to make Endgame Hulk but with as little effort as possible so we'll just do a new head" Hulk.
I have heard it's supposed to be New York Hulk as well, except they should have given him the Tank Top for that. The head sculpt looks nice though. I want to find or maybe try to make some clothes for him, and I am sure I have some glasses floating around. He's definitely disappointing since he doesn't match anything.
I feel like Hasbro mostly decided that Hulk in a track suit wouldn't sell to kids or some bull shit.
