This isn't really much of a transformation - it's just his bipedal robot mode on all fours with the tail moved down slightly and his robot head tucked into his chest while the dragon head hanging off of his back is folded down. It's not the most horrible beast mode I've ever seen, and I was a fan of the Prime Predacons, so it doesn't bother me too much. Technically, the ankle spurs on his hind legs are supposed to fold into his hooves in this form, but I'm keeping them out to further differentiate it from his next form.
His spear plugs into his back for storage, with the Mask detaching and reattaching to one of the pegs on the spear handle's side with the other peg tabs into a slot above his tail cover; the spear can also be tabbed into a slot on the back of either of his wings.
