Especially since he’s probably one of the youngest Joes, if Spy Troops and Valor Vs. Venom is to be believed. He was in Sigma 6 too, but I don’t know he his personality was in that one. Also, I don’t know much about the deep lore of GI Joe, because I could never get ahold of the comics, but isn’t Sci-Fi just basically a reimagined Hi-Tech, but without the long hair? Or vice-versa?
