I actually regret skipping the NECA one as a teenager a decade ago. Getting the NECA ones from a kind anon on BST was cathartic. But not sure if I'd get it now. The Playmates ones are charming int heir own way, but if I were to get them it'd be the regular colors; even then it'd feel redundant with the NECA. Plus the scale(while I'm not particularly anal about it) just would clash.
