It's a Glatorian neck, all you have to do is replace it with a ball joint (the newer variant with the hole going all through), add a bone (a tr light blue one maybe?) and mount the lower arm+hand+weapon build on it. Bam, you just added another articulation point and some color to your Kopaka's arms.
