Yes they are transformers kits and are about as complex and articulated as an hg. However they are non-transforming. My only major complaint is that the polycaps that optimus came with are kind of subpar and the hip one is ripping down a seam on it.

Built Flame Toys Optimus while on a week long work thing out of state. In terms of quality its decent. Koto and bandai are above it and I'd put it at about the level of a max factory kit. The plastic scars a bit easily during nub removal though. I'm going to look and see if I can find his autobot symbols as decals. If not I'll scan the sticker sheet and reprint them on decal paper.
