It's iconic from Asterix, it has a unique look and could also work as an eccentric man's house in other settings, and on top of that is has a relatively small footprint and it's not so expensive. I think I might get the blacksmith's too if they make it. There's a pic of the fish dealer's already somewhere, so it seems likely that they get to the blacksmith next.
