Zodac, he's apparently a last minute addition. They had trouble determining if he was a hero or villain originally. Then he just ended up as "Neutral", but biased towards good because doing neutral is a bit of a complex concept children wouldn't grasp very well.
Not the most exciting figure, but he has a cool sci fi helmet head, armor, and laser gun (vs everyone else's melee weapons and staffs). He's also one of the few human allies that used the monster feet, arms,, and strangely hairy chest.
