Gluing only the joint looks impossible - it's 2 tiny pins that should not be broken under strong friction...
I might drill a hole and put a screw like it's done on prototype. That should save the posableness. And then do the same with healthy leg just for the sake of symmetry.
And then paint dark grey parts with metallic silver paint because why not. The figurine is already broken, might try to bring it to that sweet prototype look
