Two way shoulders with a bendy elbow and swivels at the biceps and wrists.

The little Ion Blaster Orion lugs around is cute. I like those grey panels on his arms too, there isn't even anything Optimusy about them.
Finally the comic episode he came packed with was enjoyable. Having toys packed with spotlight episodes was fun for that bit.
