>>9088246So, I decided to alleviate some fears, I was going thru the IMDBs for people in charge on the show and the Wikipedia page. It occurred to me that there was 5 other people in charge of the series as Executive Producers besides Kevin Smith. I think Kevin's just there because he's a big name for celebrity fan credibility.
In total there's 6 Executive Producers including Kevin Smith, the other 5 are:
>Rob David>Susan Corbin>Adam Bonnett>Christopher Keenan>Fredrick Souliehttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Masters_of_the_Universe:_RevelationOne of the Executive Producers, Rob David is also listed as the creator of the CG kids MOTU series, and previously worked on the 2000's version of TMNT and the series "Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go!" -

https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0444634/?ref_=ttfc_fc_cr4Fredrick Soulie also works for Mattel, so Mattel themselves is acting as an executive producer on this series, making dictates and demands. So I don't think Kevin's quite as in charge as the marketing would make things out. It's also very noticeable all the blatant toy synergy going on in the trailer, and is no coincidence, that there's Landshark, Clamp Champ, and Scareglow in Revelation, along with the Classics version of Castle Grayskull with the ledge on the side of the castle.
