Except the gem is the wrong color--it kind of looks like the person put the Roopvati fashion on the 2000 Indian Festival Fun Barbie doll? I'll post an image in a moment. The 2000 Indian festival Fun Barbie has an almost identical dress, but the details on the bottom of the skirt and the hair wrap (is it part of a sari? idk) are different from Roopvati.
