So I put him back. I was soooo close to buying him, but Mattel's cost cutting measures held me back. As a guy who grew up with 12" Joes and Maxx Steele, I would love to see a Ken doll like this that has cross-gender appeal. (And isn't that what's in vogue right now?) But goddamnit if Mattel's jewery isn't hurting them in the long term.
