The only real difference between these two is that one picture is a sticker while the other is molded plastic. You also ignored the fact that Takara Tomy ditched that design for Burst when they made GT. From GT to the end of Burst, every bey(except Apocalypse and Genesis) had some form of chip-like part that carried the bey's motif.
