The Noodle Tank has the same issues, but given it's a tank, I have an easier time accepting the limited movement. Tempted to slap an elbow into the hand arm though.
Are those Go-Karts from a set or are they all MOCs? They look great. Honestly the smaller builds from the MK sets are some of the highlights.

I have two more steeply discounted Boombox sets on the way to use for parts, I won the hiphop car for like $8 and I've picked up various bandmates. Like you've said the colours and figs are great and there's actually some pretty great techniques in some of the sets.
I desperately hope they revisit these fig moulds especially. The Slime guy from series 2 is great. I bought 2 of the bodies to make the two guys on the right.
I'm going to wind up with like 2 of each of the Alien Robot dudes and it'd be nice to put a ship together for them.
