I think the only option for Figma-scale Mario stuff is the Banpresto line, the ones sold on red cards a few years ago. Sometimes listed loose on eBay as 5" or 6" with no brand name. They're 5" to 5.5" which is about right to go with Figma Nintendo stuff. Be warned they are 3 POA on average though but they sell cheap. They made Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad and 4 colors of Yoshi.
Figuarts and WoN are way too small, they're both the same size/scale which puts them 1" too small to display with Figma going by any sort of official Nintendo info
Downside is Banpresto didn't make a Bowser, you'd need WoN for that, and it's scalped to hell and has a really shit sculpt. They did make a Donkey Kong but it's too small, again you'd want WoN. I'm not sure if those unbraned koopa kids figures I see from China are also Banpresto but they're to scale.
You can probably stick with Figuarts dioramas and WoN 2.5" stuff for the enemies and such since Nintendo's scale was never the most consistent in Mario games.
