Agfachrome tended to range rather severely into the blue spectrum. This is because its sensitivity to red was low. This means that any object with faint traces of red, will appear bluer than it actually is.
Early Kodachrome had a very minor issue with its blue sensitivity. This was much less of an issue that the Agfachrome sensitivity, but it sometimes made cool blues (or grays) appear warmer. This can be discerned as a slightly purplish sky, or blue looking gray ships (actually light purple). This artifact was much easier to eliminate, especially through the skills of a competent photographer.
In conclusion, panzer grey was more likely just a very dark grey, at most with a slight warm/brown hue, certainly not a cold/blue one.
