Based on the above photo you may think the hip range isn't bad, and I'll admit it's better than I expected it to be, but the range looks better in the photo than it actually is. The legs don't get a full 90 degrees forward or outward movement. It's also not fun to pose the legs at all. Hips hinged like this suck, but we all knew this going in.
Despite looking really bad, which one might think was done to facilitate better range of motion, the knee bend range is as bad as the elbows. This again makes the poseability feel extremely limited, and it's annoying because the articulation is there, it's just not engineered to work well.
Pink has a slit on the left side of her skirt which gives her better leg range than I expected on the left side, but the right side does't have a slit and is significantly hindered as a result. In spite of this, the skirt hiding the ugly hip joints makes her arguably the best looking figure of the bunch. The girls are ever so slightly shorter than Bandai's female Action Heroes, which makes them look especially tiny next to the guys who are a bit taller than Bandai's male Action Heroes.
