It's still not a script language like the LEGO one, but I can totally see the new Mindstorms being controlled by the Smartphone.
What do you guys think? LEGO is taking to long to release EV4 and with two motors that can connect wirelless to the smartphone.
I think that the next intelligent brick will be one "receiver", just like LEGO Technic Control+
The controller can detect tilt and control the speed and direction of the wheels.
Compared to Mindstorms it's only missing the sensors, that can be easily done by LEGO, and of course, a port of the Mindstorms script language to an App.
That would probably make the set much more cheaper too. And everyone has a smartphone today.
