Why does every other theme absolutely mog City in terms of being an actual city?
Seriously, look how pathetic this fire station is. It's 40% road plate and the other 60% is mostly a truck and a fucking helicopter. And that's the second most substantial building in the line after the (actually not terrible) hospital.
Check out 60314, they can't even do a fucking ice cream truck without making it "ice cream truck police chase" and including their 200th shitty version of a police car.
