I know Mattel isn't exactly known for its customer service but if there's a problem why not postpone sales until it's resolved? Will they seriously just go ahead and sell out of an site exclusive figure while causally shrugging their shoulders and saying sorry fuck you? I really wanted a Snout Spout, any chance this is resolved before tomorrows sale?
