Here's another page. Notice how subtle they both are, but they're still clearly drawn in.
Also notice it's different than how it's usually drawn. The normal black suit has the hole almost at the base of the wrist.
Again, i dno't have these issues (i read my older brother's comics) and it's been 20 years, so my memory is fuzzy on the whys and hows.
