For as much as Bandai likes to never paint the body stripes on Nigo the right color, they did always give him a unique head sculpt. PB Old 2 is unique from Old 1/Sakurajima, Custom Cyclone Old 2 is further unique from the PB. I guess its their strange way of depicting some type of effort, or maybe a half-assed apology for the unnecessary silver ears on New 2.
