He has done stuff with a semblance of scaling in the past, it seems to be whatever and whenever he decides on a whim if a line should be scaled or not. It is very much a 'wait and see'
Also to have a better idea of how the SoB will measure up if it is scaled then that image you replied to, look to the official trailer which McFarlane is clearly using for the figures so far.
