A lot of plastics are transparent/translucent and get color added to them, so it's hard for you to ever argue, especially when you don't even know the formula that the chemists use for their toys. Which is why even between waves toys can go from super durable to rampant breaking, despite continuing to use the same plastic.
Hence, everyone spouting shit about things they don't even know and love showing ignorant they are with their confirmation bias.
