>>7969660Oh no, I absolutely agree that the media can play a positive role in supporting the toyline, but at the end of the day, even if there's a character that I absolutely love, I won't buy the respective toy if I think it looks like shit.
By the same token, reading the comics really made me like Misfire, so I gladly bought his toy, but honestly, his toy was so fucking stellar that I would have bought it even if I didn't know who he was. And I'm really glad he's both a headmaster AND a targetmaster, even if it's not accurate to how he was in the comic, because hot damn those are some GOAT gimmicks.
