You want something that looks proportionate and screen-accurate and is good for static "museum" poses? Get the Black Series.
Want really dynamic, action-filled poses and don't mind it looking a little skinny? Revoltech is good.
There's the Bandai model if you're into building, but you might need to paint him to look his best.
Figuarts isn't out yet, but whenever they get to it, it will probably be the best all-around. Bandai's Movie Realization version is nice for a showpiece with crazy aesthetics.
