It's not very impactful by itself because it's just another Goku in a line full of Gokus at a time where they're releasing and re-releasing so many forms and variants of Goku it's hard to give a shit about them unless it's the Goku you want, and I doubt most people really want this particular version of soulless husk Goku.
I just want human 21 and the ezpz evil 21 repaint bandai could shit out any goddamn time if they weren't too busy jerking off Goku.
