>>10586640There is no "building" with minis, there's nothing complex to it. It's not even Gunpla-level complexity, nevermind shit like ship or plane building. You just glue flat surface A to flat surface B and shit. Hell, the only reason they seem to be separated into so many pieces now is to make painting easier. When I was starting out you'd often see minis that were one piece, or one piece + 2 arms.
And you can paint, sculpt on top of, and customize JoyToy exactly the same way, only even better because you have a decent sized canvas to work on and it's MUCH cheaper for what you get. It is a win-win situation, there is absolutely no reason to buy minis if you aren't playing. Unless you just like small things, I guess.
