However, since then BBTS has acquired some sort of exclusive selling rights for Storm for the US so they may be available only through them online if you can't make it to the events in person.
I know I had to get my MK11 Nostalgia costume Scorpion through them.
You might get lucky though, since MK3 Reptile was a regular release its possible not all of them will be event exclusives. The upcoming MK3 Noob could go either way.

So it looks like the letter C.Sounds like a similar situation to mine, though I think they're designed to look like a C initially, the complaints made them change it later on.

You could possibly try some non-permanent solutions to see if the idea works, like small pieces of sticky tape on the shoulder ball joint or even trying to keep the socket together, something like that.
Whatever helps it get fixed in the end
