The D-Real seemed to be going with looking like the artwork, while these figures seem to be clearly going after the anime looks of the Digimon (hence the name of the toyline, I guess). Omegamon's proportions were perhaps thickened up a bit in the mid torso, but it makes him a bit more proportional. Paint obviously took a hit, but that's just how it is nowadays. Not sure what you mean by floppy. If you mean literally, in the review the previous pic was taken the guy was shaking them and they were sturdy, while the poor D-Arts weren't quite so lucky.
