Since you're stupid, i'll even point out the differences between them. Hamburger head Spawn didn't exist at this point. He also doesn't have the spikes on the legs. Spikes on the arm also aren't paired up on the arms. Different amount of chains too.
It's almost like McFarlane is adding a bunch of little things that are found on later versions and why he isn't calling it a remake or reproduction.
