Using a slightly wrong shade of Dunkelgelb or Chocolate brown as camo on an otherwise correctly modeled german tank is another.
Maybe you are really autistic so it really might bother you, but for me the 2nd issue is none at all. If you are, feel free to make models with 100% correct paint and teach others to do so as well.
I'm not going to bother as long as my tanks look close enough to the real thing that they are recognizable at the first glance.
