the older character figures weren't amazing but they're getting better. people would complain about how the joints hinder free posing, though they're really good for holding really dynamic poses.
but like i said, with ultron, deadpool, and spiderman, it looks like they're addressing some of the gripes people had. image search revoltech spiderman and you can see the good and bad.
