From what I gather, the answer is that she can't even hold it in two hands at a straight angle, let alone the poses she does in posters, etc, so your claim of "Japanese figures only 10 degrees better articulation" is bullshit, since not only can they hold the lightsabers in natural positions, they can actually replicate poses and stances.
