Grabbed Dazzler for $5 at Wal-Mart and Scream for $10 online. It almost makes up for the BS responses I got from both Hasbro and Wal-Mart about my 2-pack Luke Cage having this messed up arm. The store says they're not getting more, Hasbro says its exclusive so they can't replace it, and Wal-Mart's site, which has them in-stock, says I have to swap it through a physical store.

Picked up the Luke Age 2-pack at Wal-Mart today, only one I've seen. Figured I'd try to sell Claire since I only wanted Luke, but Luke's arm is seriously messed up. Kinda looks like somebody tried to mod his arm, screwed up, and returned it to the store.
