Plus, it was the first “mainstream” GI Joe cartoon we got after the Spy Troops and Valor Vs. Venom movies. Plus, the reliance on all sorts of different BATs in Sigma Six, as well as ST and VvV leads me to believe so.
Plus, I think ST and VvV might also have been some kind of “alternate universe/timeline” from the Sunbow era, mashed into some comics, but if certain events and backstories never transpired.
