Here is my repainted Major Chip Hazard action figure, and a smaller figurine I assembled and painted of Charlie from Hazbin Hotel. Chip was much easier since most of my hobby paints are military colors, and my goal was to just make him look more movie-accurate. I also removed his sculpted dog tags and gave him a pair of metal ones from a G.I. Joe action figure, since they are physical in the movie. Meanwhile, I bought a copy of a visual artist's 3D files of Charlie, had it printed by a 3rd party service, and went ahead and completed it once the parts arrived. I had a lot of fun working on it, but the hair was really difficult for me to do. The colors in Hazbin Hotel are a mix of Technicolor vomit, so I had to carefully decide what "blonde-ish" colors I could use to get her hair right. Wasn't perfect, but I'm still satisfied with the results.
