If you want the original TV version, go for the Koto kit (TV ver). Not much good stuff here in terms of pre-built figures unfortunately.
That's about it. If you want a somewhat different take on it you might look into the Revoltech EVO series Eva 01, which comes with a Sachiel base and blood spraying effect. It's less screen accurate than the RD (which used the actual Rebuild 3D models IIRC), but the stylized sculpt is kinda cool and allows for more dynamic-looking poses.
