Mixmaster was another that necessitated a lot of screwing and unscrewing. Thankfully the clear parts were not glued in at all, and were easy to pry off and swap. The G2 yellow versions all use exclusively smoke plastic, while the G1 green figures use a mix of smoke, blue, and purple.
I can't emphasize how much I prefer both color schemes after this swap.
