It appears they reduced it in size some and while it's not apparent in the photo the bow has been raised enough to give it a steadily rising slope, seemingly an attempt to simulate the ski-jump ramps of some carrier designs.
The tanks are single-piece and really more accurately classified as assault guns, more suitable as background detail than anything but will fit in well with similarly-sized vehicles that are a staple of army men sets.
