Pic related is the Hot Wheels scooter, aka: Mo' Scoot. Yeah, this is by far the strangest off-brand thing I've seen, and I used to have one of those when I was 8 or 9 years old. These are like the Razo finger scooters, but difference here is I think the handlebars don't turn. It folds, though. Right now, I discovered that Tech Deck still makes these finger scooters.
While on topic of off-brand things, there's also the Hot Wheels BMX from McDonalds. Unlike the scoot mcboot, the handlebars move. Again, Tech Deck still makes finger bikes (and oddly fits onto my Gundams pretty well).
