Those are actually dekafumos which often go into the hundreds or even thousands of dollars. The typical fumo size is around 8 inches. Those small ones still get very expensive with official ones often being over 100 dollars. 40 dollars for a 7 inch plush is insane when I can get a 35 inch shark plush from aliexpress for 30. Fumos are so expensive because they're high in demand and not really common worldwide.
